Refund Policy

Because all products are digital downloads, refunds are handled manually. We will issue refunds in the following cases:

• Accidental duplicate purchase.
• Download link or delivery failure confirmed by support.
• File received is materially different from its description.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to sales@av3.co.uk. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
